After understanding the daily work of Waihong’s field inspection team and back office, SillyCube came up with a mobile solution to streamline the work process. For field working team SillyCube developed a mobile app to fill in work order eform. After data are transferred from mobile app to web management system, where back office staff can instantly follow up work orders. For back office work orders can be allocated via web management system. Order results can be checked instantly via web system. The mobile solution results in significant reduction of 80% data processing time.
